Featuring richly printed Italian paper by Tassotti, these earrings celebrate two celestial forces from the historic Tarot de Marseille — The Sun (Le Soleil) and The Moon (La Lune). The Marseille deck, first developed in Northern Italy and later popularized in 17th- and 18th-century France, is one of the oldest surviving tarot traditions — a bridge between art, mysticism, and storytelling.
In this pairing, The Sun radiates joy, vitality, and success — it’s the card of warmth and clarity, of things coming fully into light. The Moon, by contrast, invites introspection and mystery — a reminder that intuition and imagination reveal what logic cannot. Together, they speak to harmony between reason and intuition, day and night, the conscious and the unseen. Spiritually, they support balance, creative energy, and inner illumination.
Each pair is crafted by hand using authentic Tassotti paper sealed in resin, suspended from bronze chain, and finished with gold-fill ear wires.
