Pansies have long been associated with remembrance, loving thoughts, and deep affection. Their name comes from the French pensée, meaning “thought,” and in Victorian floriography they were often exchanged as symbols of contemplation and heartfelt connection. There is something deeply human about them, expressive little faces turned upward as though caught mid-conversation in an old garden.

This necklace features imagery of painterly purple and cream pansies preserved beneath layers of resin within a warm gold plated bezel. The flowers feel almost lifted from an antique porcelain detail or botanical study, filled with tenderness and nostalgia.
