Emanuel Sweerts (1552–1612) was a Dutch pharmacist, botanist, and publisher known for his significant contributions to the field of botany during the late 16th and early 17th centuries. Sweerts played a pivotal role in popularizing the study of plants and their illustrations.

One of his notable works is the "Florilegium" titled "Florum et Coronariarum Odoratarumque nonnullarum Herbarum Historia," which translates to "A History of Flowers, Garlands, and of Some Fragrant and Other Herbs." Published in 1612, posthumously after Sweerts' death.

Cherish your Folkloric Jewelry with a touch of tender care to maintain its magic and charm. Our pieces are handcrafted using decoupage techniques and sealed to protect the artistry, though they should not be worn in water, such as showers or swimming pools, to preserve their beauty. Sterling silver elements may develop a patina over time and can be revived with a simple polish. Our bronze chain necklaces are treated with a non-tarnishing solution, but to avoid possible reactions with sweat, it's best not to wear them during intense activities. Remember, any small imperfections are part of the unique handcrafted nature of each piece.
