This pendant features a vivid red camellia from Monograph on the Genus Camellia (1819), the first published work devoted entirely to camellias. Illustrated by Clara Maria Pope and richly hand-colored, the original print captures the delicacy and drama of early 19th-century botanical art. Set in a 1" circle and finished with a freshwater pearl drop, the piece hangs from an adjustable 16–18" bronze chain.
